At Kanyakunj, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product you purchase goes through strict quality checks before it reaches you. However, in rare cases, if you face any issue, we have a clear Cancellation & Refund Policy to safeguard your interests.
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our customer care at [your email/phone number].
If the order has not been processed, we will issue a 100% refund.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, you may raise a Return/Exchange request after receiving the product (see Section 3).
You may request a return/refund under the following conditions:
Wrong product delivered (different size, style, or item).
Product is defective, damaged, or has quality issues.
Product has missing parts or accessories.
Size mismatch (eligible only if product is unused and tags are intact).
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing [your email] or submitting a request via our Contact Us page.
Proof of issue (such as clear photographs or videos) must be shared for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer/UPI (customer needs to provide details).
In case of partial returns, shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted.
Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective product replacement.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund as per your choice.
Certain products are not eligible for returns/refunds, including:
Products on clearance/sale.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
Items that show signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration.
Accessories such as jewelry, masks, innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
Cancellation before dispatch → Immediate refund (1–3 working days).
Return approved → Refund processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.
Delays may occur due to bank processing time, but we will keep you updated.
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (size change, dislike, etc.), the customer may be required to bear return shipping charges.
